Like yourselves, we here at Lenharth Systems are closely monitoring the news regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We wanted to take a moment to outline the measures we are taking to enhance our existing health and safety protocols. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our customers and the greater community.
- We are continuing operations, but being very mindful about how we conduct work while minimizing exposure both to ourselves and our customers.
- Until further notice, we will continue with office appointments and drop offs. When work can be done remotely, we will do so.
- We are limiting visits to critical issues only. If an issue requires an onsite visit, we will discuss a plan first.
- For the time being, we will be discontinuing residential visits unless absolutely necessary. This will be discussed with clients on a case by case basis.
Feel free to call and make an appointment to drop your computers and devices off at our office. Please note, as with normal operations, this is by appointment only.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our procedures as safety requires and do our best to keep you updated. We appreciate your understanding, and wish you and your families good health.
