To make a long story short, my computer crashed. We had no backup. At my first meeting with Will, he reassured me everything be would be okay. He listened to my needs and put together a computer system that now works great for my particular job (and is so much better than the old dinosaur I previously had). He then sent over one of his crew who helped set up the hardware and install all the programs I use, debugging most of the glitches I would have run into. Unfortunately, nobody can foresee all issues, so when a rogue problem came up, they were back with in 24 hours to set that straight as well.

During this process they set me up with hardware protection, a maintenance regimen, and a schedule for replacement to avoid future problems. Also, I now have a solid backup system that I don’t have to think about, just incase anything like this should ever happen again.

Lenharth Systems showed up fast, were very efficient and knowledgeable, and remained polite and friendly through a very difficult time for me.
